You’re invited to Sunday Morning Keiko (training) in 2026 at South Coast Shotokan Karate Dojo. Each of these sessions are led by a Senior SKIA Instructor (5th Dan or higher) and are designed to take your kihon, kata and kumite to the next level and give you karate training that is different from standard dojo training. Qualifying members from all SKIA NSW and ACT Shotokan dojos are encouraged to join us.
For example, you might learn a non-Shotokan kata, kata applications, weaponry, drills, self-defense techniques or exercises that you don’t normally practice, or Q and A style (tell us what you would like us to cover). Either way, there is training for everyone and a date (or two) that is sure to suit you this year.
Requirements
You must be a current SKIA member 5th Kyu or above (13 yrs or older). Black Belts also encouraged to join us - $10 per person (for hall hire & visiting instructor travel).
Venue & Timing
